Former Bachelor, Colton Underwood, Ordered To ‘Stay Away’ From Ex-Girlfriend, Cassie Randolph

Courtesy: Instagram

If you have a history of watching “The Bachelor”, then you might recognize Colton Underwood. He was searching for love on Season 23 of “The Bachelor”. The reality show is known for eliminating contestants, until the final episode reveals ‘the final two’. However, Underwood never made it that far.

Although there were still two contestants left, he chased after Cassie Randolph — a contestant who had decided to eliminate herself from the show. Underwood jumped a fence to chase after her, and the two were a power couple for approximately two years.

Earlier this year, when Underwood announced his COVID-19 diagnosis, Randolph and her family were there to care for the former bachelor. According to Underwood, he was under quarantine in the Randolph family household, and Cassie would bring food, medicine, etc. to aid in Underwood’s recovery.

On May 29th, however, both Randolph and Underwood took to social media, to post about their breakup. While they didn’t go into specific details as to why they had broken up, their social media posts appeared amicable towards one another.

Randolph stated that she and Underwood would continue to remain in each other’s lives, and Underwood confirmed that by calling her his ‘friend’.

Unfortunately, the breakup may not have been as amicable as we had thought. On September 14th, TMZ broke the news that Randolph had been granted a restraining order against Underwood.

“A judge signed off on Cassie’s request for a temporary restraining order against Colton, requiring him to keep at least 100 yards from her, her home, her work and avoid any contact or threatening behavior.”, TMZ reports

According to the California Courts website, although proof is not required to file a Civil Harassment Restraining Order, “it helps to have more proof of harassment than just your word”. The website also provides examples of proof to present in court, such as: witnesses, medical or police reports, damaged property, photos, written statements made from witnesses under oath, and threatening letters, e-mails or telephone messages.

Per TMZ, Randolph has included photos of what is believed to be a small, black, disk-like tracking device. She has admitted to receiving threatening text messages, along with reportedly being tracked by Underwood.

The public has had some mixed reactions: some fans have taken Randolph’s side, others have sided with Underwood, and the rest have decided to wait until both parties appear in court.

As for Underwood himself, he has not yet addressed any of these allegations.

Twitter Has Created A Death Hoax, Involving 55 Year Old Author, J.K. Rowling

Courtesy: J.K. Rowling Facebook Page

J.K. Rowling is best known for writing the 8-part Harry Potter series. Her first Harry Potter novel, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, came out in 1997, and she only grew from there. Four years later, the first [of many] Harry Potter films were shown in movie theaters across the nation — jump-starting her career in the writing industry.

On June 6th, however, Rowling found herself facing backlash, after posting [what can be considered as] a transphobic tweet.

“‘People who menstruate.’ I’m sure there used to be a word for those people. Someone help me out. Wumben? Wimpund? Woomud?”

The statement was her response to an article by Devex, titled: “Opinion: Creating a more equal post-COVID-19 world for people who menstruate”.

The general basis of the article revolves around menstruation, and how the current pandemic is financially affecting those who menstruate.

One specific quote (the one in which Rowling responded to) stated that, “2020 started out as a year of progress, with a groundswell of interest and potential for improved investment to address the menstrual health and hygiene needs of girls, women, and all people who menstruate.”

Immediately after tweeting out her response, the LGBTQ+ community (as well as those who support the community) were outraged. Rowling was ‘canceled’ and branded as ‘transphobic’ towards the transgender community.

On September 14th, the LGBTQ+ media outlet, Pink News, revealed the premise of Rowling’s latest novel, and the majority response was filled with backlash.

According to an article by Pink News, “A new book penned by JK Rowling finds her private detective protagonist, Cormoran Strike, investigating a cis male serial killer who dresses as a woman to kill his cis female victims, according to an early write-up.”

Shortly after the synopsis of Rowling’s new novel was published, the hashtag “#RIPJKROWLING” began trending on Twitter. The hashtag appears to refer to the alleged ‘fall of Rowling’s career’, rather than wishing death upon the author.

People are also using the hashtag to credit other celebrities as the author of the Harry Potter series:

While many are infuriated, others are praising Rowling for ‘speaking out’ — causing a heated debate between social media users.

Rowling has yet to respond to the criticism, regarding her newest crime novel.

Why Trisha Paytas Is NOT Happy With Gabbie Hanna

Courtesy: Instagram

On September 11th, Trisha Paytas uploaded a YouTube video, titled “GABBIE HANNA LEAVE ME ALONE UR F***ING CREEPY AS HELL”. As you can probably guess, the video was directed towards YouTuber/musician, Gabbie Hanna (formerly known as The Gabbie Show). Paytas began the video by claiming that Hanna “needs psychological help”. She then mentioned Hanna’s interview with DramaAlert host, Keemstar.

During the DramaAlert interview on September 11th, Hanna spoke about her past drama with Paytas. In 2019, when Paytas was still dating Vlog Squad member/comedian, Jason Nash, Hanna had informed Nash about a Herpes rumor, involving Paytas. According to Hanna, she was clear about the fact that it was a rumor, and allegedly meant no ill will towards Paytas. She also admitted that while Paytas had tried to contact her within the past few weeks, Hanna respectfully declined those conversations, in favor of her mental health.

Paytas wasn’t too happy, after listening to the interview. According to her, Hanna is the one who continues to start drama, and she denied ever contacting Hanna within recent weeks. She was also very confused as to why Hanna is writing a ‘diss’ track about her, and claimed that she ‘barely’ knows Hanna. Multiple times throughout her video, Paytas referred to Hanna as “an actual psychopath”.

Well, on September 12th, Gabbie responded to Paytas’ video with a YouTube video, titled, “I Wrote a Song for Trisha Paytas”. In the video, Hanna stated that she no longer wants to involve herself in any drama with Paytas. However, she did want to clear up any assumptions.

While Hanna’s upcoming single, “Call Me Crazy”, is about Paytas, she reportedly had no intention of creating it as a ‘diss’ track. Rather, she showed a series of Instagram messages between the two, in which Paytas appeared ecstatic about collaborating with Hanna.

Hanna continued the video by admitting that she wanted to portray Paytas as accurately as possible, without mentioning undisclosed information.

“Every line in this song — as specific as it is to Trisha — is something that she’s talked about publicly in her vlog, or her ex’s vlog, or her ex’s friend’s vlog”.

Screenshot of Gabbie Hanna describing Trisha Paytas

Per Hanna’s video, she believes that Paytas is very misunderstood.

“What I see in all of that lashing out is a lot of misdirected pain and anger, as a result of feeling misunderstood for so long”.

After watching both videos, fans are having mixed reactions. Some fans are siding with Hanna:

While others are siding with Paytas:

Hanna has since responded to a multitude of negative YouTube comments, with the following statement:

Chase Hudson Addresses Suicide Rumors And Brings Awareness To Suicide Prevention Month

Courtesy: Bryant

Ever since July’s massive TikTok drama, involving Chase Hudson (Lil Huddy) and Nessa Barrett, Hype House member/co-founder, Chase Hudson has continued to face backlash from the public.

Within the past week, however, rumors began to swirl that Hudson was depressed, to the point of wanting to take his own life. Per the rumors, he had allegedly attempted suicide, but was stopped by Hype House member, Avani Gregg.

Fans began to flood Hudson’s social media with positive comments.

“Chase, remember the words that u said to us, ‘you are loved and your life is valued’”, one fan wrote.

More people began to show their love and support for the Hype House co-founder, and one person even expressed their opinion on cancel culture.

“His attempt to take his life is because of all of you who have taken part in cancel culture. After a while, you might start to believe the hate”.

On September 10th, TikTokRoom released a screenshot conversation between Hudson’s mother and a fan. After asking about Hudson’s mental health and well being, Marlena Hudson confirmed that her son was alright, and that someone had simply started a very inappropriate rumor.

A few hours later, Hudson took a pause from his usual TikTok dances, to further address the rumors.

“They’re false. I just wanted to tell you guys that. I know they want me to kill myself, but I’m not going to”.

The social media star also admitted that while he has had thoughts of suicide in the past, he hasn’t had them recently. Hudson ended the video by stating that he loved his fans, and that “suicide is never the answer”.

Early last week, Hudson posted a video about September being Suicide Prevention Month. He attached a suicide hotline number for anyone who may need it, provided statistics, and explained how valuable each and every person’s life is.

After Twenty Seasons, Keeping Up With The Kardashians Has Come To An End

Courtesy: E! News

On October 14th, 2007, the first episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” premiered. The E! News television show was a reality series, based on the lives of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

The first episode attracted 2.7 million viewers — the most-watched show on E! network since “The Anna Nicole Show” in 2002, according to Wikipedia.

Each episode became more and more chaotic, with drama and fights causing the viewership to rise. Fans created iconic memes from the show, such as: Kylie Jenner’s “Rise n’ Shine” song, Kim Kardashian’s explosive “Don’t be f*c*ing rude” moment, or the classic Kim Kardashian crying face.

After many seasons of the constant fighting, heated discussions, and Kardashian-Jenner adventures, ratings began to fall. However, in May of 2015, the KUWTK viewership reached an all time high, during their ‘About Bruce’ special. The special involved Bruce Jenner discussing his male-to-female transition with his family. It was emotional, heartfelt, and one of the most genuine episodes of the series. According to an article by The Hollywood Reporter, the episode amassed 4.2 million viewers.

However, after twenty seasons of following the Kardashian-Jenner family through their every day life, they’ve decided to permanently end their contract with E! News. Earlier today, Kim Kardashian posted a KUWTK cast photo onto her Instagram page.

She captioned the photo by announcing their difficult decision to end the series, after fourteen years on the air. Kardashian thanked her fans for spending their nights following their journey through life. According to Kim, the fans have been there through the good moments, bad moments, multiple marriages/divorces, and they were there to watch them grow their families.

“I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched and supported me and my family these past 14 incredible years. This show made us who we are and I will be forever in debt to everyone who played a role in shaping our careers and changing our lives forever”.

Kim also admitted that she wouldn’t be as successful as she is today, if it weren’t for “Keeping Up With The Kardashians”, as well as the viewers watching at home.

To all of the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” fans out there, although the family has announced their series departure, you may not have to say goodbye quite yet.

According to the Kardashian-Jenner family, their final season will air in early 2021.

YouTuber, Brawadis, Admits That Jackie Figueroa Has Moved Onto A New Relationship

Courtesy: YouTube

YouTuber, Brawadis, has been uploading YouTube videos since 2015. His earlier videos included NBA reactions/highlights, videos of his dog Bosley, and prank/challenge style vlogs. One thing that hasn’t changed for the past five years, were the videos that he filmed with Jackie Figueroa.

Figueroa and Brawadis first started dating in 2015, and in November of 2017, he uploaded a YouTube video, titled: “We broke up… it’s over *NOT CLICKBAIT*”. In the video, Brawadis admitted that although they grew apart, the both of them ended on good terms.

His statement proved to be true, when Figueroa slowly began to film videos with Brawadis again. The titles of Brawadis’ YouTube channel went from, “Buying My Girlfriend Her Dream Car”, to “Ex-Girlfriend Visits Me In The Hospital”.

As Figueroa became progressively more involved in his videos, fans began to ‘ship’ the two even more. Comments such as “Brackie forever” were flooding the pair’s social media accounts. Fans were begging for them to solve their differences and get back together.

Although both Figueroa and Brawadis stated numerous times that they were just friends, it further fueled relationship rumors when they would kiss for a video, or act lovey-dovey in a thumbnail.

Well, on August 11th, Brawadis uploaded the video that fans have been waiting for, since the two initially split. The video was titled, “I Asked Her To Be My Girlfriend”. While the beginning was filled with an excited Brawadis, the ending was filled with a lot of sadness and uncertainty. After creating a romantic set up and asking her to be his girlfriend, Figueroa stated that she needed to speak to him off camera.

Brawadis ended the video on a cliffhanger, and in a now deleted video (titled: “This Is The End Forever”), he stated that Jackie needed some time to think about her answer, and that it “wasn’t a definite no”.

However, earlier today, in his latest video, Brawadis admitted that he lied in his last Jackie-related video.

He began the video by stating, “guys, the video you’re about to watch was filmed about a month ago, and it was supposed to be uploaded about a month ago. I chose not to upload it, and I hid it from you guys”.

Brawadis then recapped the original “I Asked Her To Be My Girlfriend Video”, before transitioning to an emotional Brandon and Jackie. Figueroa revealed that the reason she declined Brandon’s relationship proposal was because she is currently in another relationship. She also stated that she no longer sees a future with Brawadis, and that the two will no longer be filming YouTube videos together.

As expected, fans weren’t happy about the recent update, and people began to flood Figueroa’s social media with hate comments. It got to the point where Figueroa turned off the comments on her normal Instagram posts, and limited the comments on all of her sponsored posts.

Since Brawadis’ most recent video, Figueroa posted the following statement onto her Instagram story:

What Is Going On Between Griffin, Dixie and Noah?

Courtesy: Instagram

On July 30th, TikTok user, @mgalley15 posted a video, in which she exposes Sway House member, Griffin Johnson. Johnson has been dating social media star, Dixie D’Amelio, since March. In the video, Galley inserts screenshots of direct messages and Snapchat exchanges with Johnson. In one of the Snapchat photos, Johnson claimed that he was single (although he was reportedly dating D’Amelio at the time).

Shortly after the TikTok went viral, D’Amelio contacted Galley and unfollowed Johnson on Instagram. Then, on August 2nd, D’Amelio confirmed the breakup when she uploaded a YouTube video, titled: “My Last Date with Griffin”.

On July 20th, Dixie D’Amelio was first spotted hanging out with Sway House newcomer, Noah Beck. Beck posted a “squad” video of him in the car, with Lauren Kettering, Nick Austin, Ryland Storms, Chris Daniels, Baronscho, and Dixie D’Amelio.

@noahbeck

bet you didn’t expect this squad.. @dixiedamelio @thechrisdaniels @laurenkettering @rylandstormss @nickaustinn @baronscho

Afterwards, the two were seen a lot more together, with Curtis Newbill becoming a ‘squad’ member as well. The trio named themselves the “nuggies”, and fans began to ‘ship’ Beck and D’Amelio.

The relationship rumors heightened on August 6th — when paparazzi snapped a photo of D’Amelio and Beck walking side-by-side. In the photo, it appeared that the two were holding hands.

Johnson’s friend, Carson Bohling, responded to the photo, via his Instagram story. In the caption, he wrote: “Everyone wanted to hate my boy Griffin but she was scheming the whole time”.

The photo was later proven to be a false alarm, by someone who captured a different angle. Since their hands were swinging in sync, the photographer managed to catch their hands at the right angle.

On August 22nd, Hollywood Fire recorded D’Amelio and Beck having dinner at the Saddle Ranch. During the video, D’Amelio placed her hand on Beck’s neck, to feel some type of alleged lump. The comments were flooded with assumptions about their relationship.

“It feels like Noah likes Dixie but she not allowing him to be more than friends”, one fan wrote.

Time stamp is 1:35

Then, on August 30th, The Hollywood Fix captured footage of the two getting cozy with one another. Beck and D’Amelio were once again at The Saddle Ranch. For most of the video, they were spotted mingling with their friends. Yet, towards the end of the video, D’Amelio placed her hand on the back of Beck’s neck, and leaned in for what appears to be an alleged kiss.

However, D’Amelio stopped short, and fans are theorizing that Beck had informed her about the rolling cameras.

The time stamp is 3:36

Although The Hollywood Fix reporter, Fletcher, has approached the duo numerous times about their relationship status, D’Amelio continues to state that they’re: “just a couple of besties”.

Fletcher has also interrogated Johnson, regarding the situation. Johnson stated that although he doesn’t know if he can forgive Noah for getting too close to Dixie, “as long as he’s a good guy, I got no complaints”.

Just two days ago, Johnson released the following statement:

His statement was uploaded the day after he was caught reacting to a TikTok. David Busch (@buschman1007) uploaded a video, in which he sl*t-shamed D’Amelio. He also included photos of D’Amelio and Beck, and victimized Johnson. Well, the video quickly blew up, and Johnson even followed Busch on TikTok.

Johnson quickly unfollowed him after receiving backlash, and D’Amelio’s response to the video was absolutely hilarious. She dug up numerous videos of Busch asking D’Amelio to prom.

D’Amelio has yet to respond to Johnson’s statement, but in a recent interview with The Hollywood Fix, she stated that she’s ready to move on from the drama and continue living her life in peace.

MTV VMA’s: List of Winners, Performances, And More

Courtesy: MTV

We might still be in the middle of a pandemic, but MTV still found a way to get creative, with the MTV VMAs. The VMAs premiered on Sunday, August 30th, at 8 PM EDT. The show took place in different locations, all across the five boroughs of Manhattan, and was hosted by KeKe Palmer.

KeKe Palmer opened the VMA’S with a tribute to Chadwick Boseman, and later on, MTV played a clip of Boseman’s speech during the 2018 VMA’s. He had won the category of “best superhero” and rather than taking the award for himself, he gave it to James Shaw Jr. In 2018, James Shaw Jr. managed to disarm a gunman, during the Nashville Waffle House shooting in Antioch, Tennessee.

Palmer also made a statement about police brutality and the Black Lives Matter movement. She credited the current generation, for fighting against injustices and working to make a positive impact on today’s society. Then, she gave a shout out to the healthcare workers, who — although exhausted, fearful, and drained — are striving to restore the health of COVID-19 patients. Frontline workers by day, and musicians by night, some of these brave, talented healthcare workers were later featured on the VMAs.

The VMA performers made Sunday night’s series of events unforgettable. New York City was filled with passion, energy, and so much excitement.

Performances:

  • The Weeknd started off the night with an exhilarating performance of his hit song, “Blinding Lights”.
  • DaBaby performed a mashup of his most popular hits: “PEEPHOLE”, “Blind”, and “Rockstar”. The rapper went all out during his performances, and even got into the back of a cop car to transition into his final song.

  • Maluma performed his hit single, “Hawái” on a palm tree-themed stage in Brooklyn, New York.
  • BTS performed their song, “Dynamite”, and their dance moves were incredibly catchy. Although this was BTS’s first time performing on the VMA’s, you never would’ve known it, due to their high level of confidence, energy, and overall professionalism.
  • Lady GaGa broke into a medley of songs from her “Chromatica” album, before transitioning to the iconic “Rain On Me” single. Ariana Grande and Lady GaGa absolutely bodied their performance. They both performed with masks on, as an extra level of safety. However, their masks were tailored to fit the aesthetic of their outfits.
  • JP Saxe and Julia Michaels performed a beautiful acoustic rendition of their hit song, “If The World Was Ending”. Their vocals blended together so naturally, and their emotional delivery was truly impactful.
  • Doja Cat gave a performance that was out of this world, when she sang two of her most popular songs — “Like That” and “Say So”. Both songs were trending on TikTok earlier this year, after content creators posted original dances to “Say So” and “Like That”.
  • Tate McRae gave an emotional performance of her breakup hit, “You Broke Me First“. The song is currently trending on TikTok, with over 48 million views on videos that contain the song.
  • Lewis Capaldi gave a tearful performance of “Before You Go” — a song dedicated to his aunt, who took her life when Capaldi was just 6-years-old.
  • The MTV VMA’s also paid tribute to the talented entertainers that left this world far too soon: Juice Wrld, Pop Smoke, Dick Dale, Bushwick Bill, Eddie Money, Ric Ocasek, Neil Peart, Bill Withers, Adam Schlesinger, Chynna Rogers, Kenny Rogers, Florian Schneider, Andre Harrell, Little Richard, Huey, Naya Rivera, and Chadwick Boseman.
  • Machine Gun Kelly took the stage with blackbear and Travis Barker to perform a headbanger mashup of “My Ex’s Best Friend” and “Bloody Valentine”.
  • KeKe Palmer took a break from hosting the show, to join in on all of the fun. She graced the stage and performed a very neon version of her hit single, “Snack”.
  • Immediately following her performance, CNCO performed their Latin single, “Beso”, and wow. Their dance moves were full of passion and energy.
  • The Black Eyed Peas, Nicky Jam, and Tyga closed out the VMA’s with an incredible performance of “VIDA LOCA“. They also threw it back to their 2009 bop, “I Gotta Feeling”.

Black Panther’s Chadwick Boseman Lost His Battle With Colon Cancer, At 43

Courtesy: Instagram

On August 28th, Chadwick Boseman’s publicist took to social media, to announce the tragic passing of Boseman. The statement was posted on Boseman’s official social media accounts. According to his publicist, Boseman had lost his battle with Stage IV Colon Cancer.

He was first diagnosed with Stage III Colon Cancer in 2016, and has fought tremendously ever since. He continued to star in several movies, and challenged himself throughout each and every one.

According to his publicist, “From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and several more, all were filmed during and in between countless surgeries and chemotherapy”.

Boseman was best known for his role as King T’Challa, in the 2018 Marvel film, “Black Panther”. Due to the diverse storyline, special effects, and Boseman’s ‘Wakanda King’ character portrayal, the film grossed $292 million after opening week.

Since “Black Panther”, Boseman has gone on to star in “Avengers: Endgame”, “21 Bridges”, and “Da Blood 5”. In “21 Bridges”, Boseman played the role of a police officer, and during a 2019 interview with Breakfast Club Power, he stated that he researched the role to the fullest extent. He even shadowed LAPD officers, and traveled to New York City, to spend some time with a New York detective. He truly appeared to love his craft, and his passion for acting was eminent.

In 2018, following the “Black Panther” release, Boseman appeared on “The Daily Show With Trevor Noah”. While there, he admitted that his character [T’Challa] retained skills from those around him — Okoye (played by Danai Gurira) and Nakia (played by Lupita Nyong’o). Boseman felt as though every character in the film played the role of a hero, and that there was no specific villain. Even while playing a character, Boseman never tried to take sole credit for his work. He wanted to distribute the wealth of praise and attention towards his co-stars, which radiates how humble and grounded he was.

Time stamp starts at 2:34

Boseman also appreciated the many fans that supported him throughout his journey. In February of 2018, he attended ”The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”, to surprise a handful of fans. Each one of the chosen fans were asked to thank a cardboard cutout of Boseman. After admitting how much Boseman has helped them, and thanking him for a beautiful film portrayal, Boseman jumped out from behind the curtain.

He comforted them, cracked jokes, and from a viewer’s perspective, it seemed as though he treated his fans like close friends.

Since his passing, celebrities, co-stars, and friends have posted heartfelt tributes, towards the “Black Panther” actor.

We extend our deepest condolences to Boseman’s friends/family, and he will forever reign as the ultimate Wakanda King.

Blake Gray And Bryce Hall Are Being Charged For Hosting Several Sway House Parties

Courtesy: Vinny/@vinnygotheat

On the eve of August 14th, Bryce Hall threw a large party at the infamous Sway House, in lieu of his 21st birthday. Over one hundred influencers attended, including Tayler Holder, Kio Cyr, Blake Gray, Josh Richards, Jaden Hossler, and more.

After hearing that the Sway House threw a party in the middle of a global pandemic, Mayor of Los Angeles — Eric Garcetti — made the decision to shut off their water and electricity. The order was executed on Wednesday, August 19th. In a published tweet, Garcetti stated that Hall’s party was in “flagrant violation of our public health orders”, and that large parties are a hotspot for contracting COVID-19.

On the morning of August 28th, Los Angeles attorney, Mike Feur, held a public press conference. The conference was in relation to public safety, and the August 14th Sway House party.

Feur started off by introducing the parties in which charges are being brought against: Bryce Hall and Blake Gray. Although many more influencers had attended the party, the Sway House lease is under Gray and Hall’s names, respectively.

Feur then stated that due to the fact that Gray and Hall have a combined following of 19 million followers, they should be “modeling great behavior for all of us; rather than bracingly violating the law and posting videos about it”.

According to Feur, the Sway House tenants were warned about the consequences, following a different Sway House party that occurred on Saturday, August 14th. The LAPD stayed at their home until all guests had safely evacuated the premises. The LAPD had then warned Hall and Gray about the possibility of their water/electricity getting shut off, if they continued violating the public health ordinance.

There were also alleged gunshots that were fired at the party. However, the LAPD can not confirm the validity of their source, as no evidence of a gun was found on the premises of the Sway House.

“The penalties in these cases can be up to one year in jail, and a couple thousand dollar fine”.

During a press Q&A session, Feur stated that while most influencers wouldn’t mind paying a few thousand dollars for their fine, “one misdemeanor puts one in much more serious circumstances, if they commit another misdemeanor.”

As we know, on May 25, Bryce Hall and Jaden Hossler were arrested in Texas, for the possession of substances. While Hossler was charged with a felony, Hall was only charged with a misdemeanor — since he was caught with less than two ounces of marijuana.

Unfortunately, if Feur’s statement proves to be correct, then Hall could be facing more serious charges, following his [now] second misdemeanor.
