Skai Jackson, most famously known for her role as Zuri in Disney’s hit television show, Jessie, was recently involved in an explosive scandal with “cash me outside” rapper, Bhad Bhabie (Danielle Bregoli).
Jackson (17) and Bhabie (16) have been in an alleged feud for quite some time now. Back in 2018, Bhad Bhabie posted a message on her Instagram story, writing “lil miss Disney better stop the sneak dissing. I WILL TAKE YOUR ‘MAN’ AND YOU WILL CRY.”
Fans immediately began to assume that the rapper was talking about Jackson. However, although nothing tangible was released to confirm that Bregoli was, indeed, shading Jackson, the Disney actress took to Instagram that same day, posting a selfie of herself on her story. She also posted a caption of her own, which read, “Me and @bhadbhabie cool. What are ya’ll on?”
That seemed to end the rumors and fan speculations… Until yesterday, of course.
It started on February 25th, when Bhad Bhabie posted this to her Instagram story:
Later that day, Bhad Bhabie went on Instagram live, explaining the situation between her and Skai Jackson. She claims that Jackson posted on her “finsta” (a fake Instagram, that’s only meant for your closest friends to follow) about Bhabie’s ex-boyfriend and rapper, NBA Youngboy.
In the first few seconds of the live, you can already tell that she’s getting angry. She’s jumping up and down, flailing her arms, and venting about what was currently on her mind. Her friend was in the background, trying to calm the rapper down, but it didn’t seem to work, as she continued on with the livestream.
“She’s moving sneaky, bro. Don’t go posting about me on your fake page, b*tch. If you got something to say about me, post it on your page. Show me you’re f*cking bold.” She then goes on to say that, “The b*itch got me blocked on Instagram, blocked on Twitter… like b*tch, grow up”.
Although she may not intend for it to be serious, she did publicly threaten to kill Jackson, and that has the media using that statement towards their advantage. “I’ll kill you. I’ll really kill you!” After expressing that statement, she laughs it off and appears to calm down a bit.
Naturally, after the livestream, people headed over to Jackson’s Twitter, where they didn’t find the type of reaction that they were looking for. The rapper most likely assumed that Jackson would fire back with an insult, or go on an Instagram live to shade/target her, but she used Selena Gomez’s 2015 hit song title, and “killed ‘em with kindness”.
She posted a message on her Twitter, listing everything positive that’s currently going on in her life.
Although Jackson abstained from continuing to fuel the fire, her mother, Kiya Cole got involved through Instagram comments. Bhad Bhabie started the argument, by telling her to “get a hold of that finsta she has”. Naturally, Cole responded, in defense of her daughter. “Let me tell you something little girl!”, she begins. “I’m definitely not the one to be played with! How about you just put your address or phone number in my DM and I will gladly have this conversation with your mother. Take this s*it somewhere else and leave my damn daughter alone.”
Either Bregoli’s mother saw that conversation herself, or her daughter showed it to her, because Barbara Bregoli was responding back to Cole within no time. “Oh, listen to you preach. Tell your daughter to stop speaking on mine.”
Cole responds once again, and that seemed to be the end of it.. For now, that is. Hopefully, they either ended up speaking off of social media, or they’re all just letting this whole situation go. Life is too short to get mad over something so small.
