According to PEOPLE, “Hall was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces, which is a misdemeanor.”
Hossler, however, “was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces, as well as possession of a controlled substance, less than 400 grams.” Due to the added controlled substance, Hossler was charged with a felony.
This morning, “#freesway” was trending all over Twitter. Influencers took to Twitter to stand up for their friends.

Well, early this afternoon, it was revealed that Hall had posted bail at $5,000.
Meanwhile, Hossler took a little longer to be released, since his charges were more serious. His bail was set at $6500, according to PEOPLE.
Hossler was finally able to post bail, and both influencers took to social media, shortly after.
In two now-deleted tweets, the Sway boys subtly announced their return from jail.
About three hours ago, Instagram page, TikTokRoom, posted a comment from Hossler’s father, regarding the current situation:
Hall and Hossler have yet to disclose any further details about the arrest.
