Previously, on the Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor”: Weber had initially chosen to propose to Hannah Ann Sluss. This came after Madison Prewett had left Australia on her own, to go back home. Prewett had expressed to Weber that she wouldn’t have felt comfortable continuing with their relationship, if he planned on being intimate with the other contestants.
Well, Weber ended up having intimate relations with Sluss and Victoria Fuller — causing Prewett to feel uneasy about her relationship status with Weber.
Once Fuller was eliminated, and Prewett decided to leave, Weber got down on one knee and proposed to Sluss. They were engaged for several months, before Weber called off the engagement. He admitted that he still had some unresolved feelings for Prewett. Sluss was heartbroken, and future encounters with between the two were awkward and full of tension.
During the night of the live finale, Prewett was invited onto the stage by “The Bachelor” host, Chris Harrison. Although Weber’s parents were disapproving of Prewett, Weber and Prewett had admitted that they wanted to try things again, but that they were planning on taking it slow.
Just two days later, however, the two took to social media, to post about their mutual breakup.
While Prewett remained single, Weber was spotted out with Kelley Flanagan in Chicago, just 15 days later. Flanagan was also a contestant on “The Bachelor”, but Weber had chosen to eliminate Flanagan before the final four hometowns episode.
Although Weber and Flanagan had admitted that they were “just friends”, after getting caught together by TMZ, they went Instagram official on May 2nd — after Weber posted a picture of the two, with the caption: “You caught me. Let the adventure begin”.
Yesterday, Prewett posted a series of pictures to her Instagram timeline. The pictures were of Prewett and Sluss enjoying a picnic/beach day together in Los Angeles.
Prewett captioned the post with the following: “On a date… kinda nervous”.
Sluss also posted a wholesome video of Prewett on her Instagram story.
Although Sluss and Prewett joined Chris Harrison for a virtual discussion of Weber’s season, the two women haven’t been seen in public together, since production ended.
After all of the drama, obstacles, and rollercoaster of emotions from last season, we’re glad to see that Prewett and Sluss are happier than ever!
